Nanda: Freedom now reigns in his life.

Many consider the devil the work of Hollywood and consign him to the realms of The Exorcist, but the bonds and torture of being in the clutches of the devil is unimaginable and real.

Nanda,* a young boy of 10, was emprisoned under the enemy’s influence. He was always hurting himeself and was constantly becoming ill. His parents did all they could to find healing for their boy, yet nothing seemed to work. They took refuge in witchcraft hoping the rituals would release Nanda from these bonds. It didn’t.

His mother would remain with him, at home, just to keep him and others safe. She even had to give up her job to remain by Nanda’s side day and night.

In the days that followed, Nanda’s mother happened to meet with Ratan* a believer of Jesus. He spoke of Jesus as being “the Mighty Healer and Deliverer.”  He urged the family to bring Nanda to church and to meet with Pastor Laxmi*. He told them, “You must maintain three days of fasting and prayer in the house.”

The congregation met at Nanda’s house and prayed for over three days, and just as the Lord promised, “Whatever you ask for in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”

Miraculously, Nanda was delivered and set free! Praise the Lord!

Nanda and his parents have now accepted Jesus as their Saviour. “I have no words to describe how happy I am. We are so thankful to Ratan and Pastor Laxmi. Jesus is the true healer and deliverer,” exclaims Nanda’s mother.
